As a user, I want to effortlessly track multiple packages from different carriers in one unified interface,
So that I can easily keep tabs on all my deliveries without the hassle of visiting multiple tracking websites.
Acceptance Criteria:
I can add packages by scanning barcodes or entering tracking numbers manually.
The app provides real-time updates for all my packages in a single view.
I can customize notifications for each package based on my preferences.

By understanding user needs, preferences, and pain points, I identified key areas for improvement and innovation. My analysis of competitive brands showcased the diverse landscape of package tracking services and their unique strengths.
With these valuable insights, I was well-equipped to design and develop Packly, which prioritizes user-centricity, efficiency, visual clarity, and personalization.
